For Organizations Confusion is Revolution – experiential workshops for working life Workshops that strengthen presence, interaction, and collaborative capacity. Each session begins with an improvised musical experience (violin + electronics) that creates a safe space to meet, experiment, and learn together. Through accessible artistic practices, we develop ways of working, leadership and collaboration, team effectiveness, and organizational culture. The workshops help address difficult conversations, reduce friction, and build trust.

Confusion is Revolution – a musical experience for events and working life
A unique musical experience based on improvisation, presence, and interaction (violin + electronics), creating a receptive and focused atmosphere.
An improvised performance or a site-specific sound piece attuned to your event helps participants focus, release tension, and be present. The artistic experience connects people, strengthens the sense of community, and leaves a lasting impression.
Suitable for organizational events, workplaces, communities, and private occasions.
Teaching and Coaching
I offer teaching and coaching for individuals and groups.
I am pedagogically trained as a teacher of music theory and violin, as well as a choir conductor. My studies are grounded in Western classical music. My professional experience is extensive and diverse, both as a musician and as a facilitator (CV).
I provide instruction in violin performance, music theory, and music history. I also offer coaching in expression, interpretation, and performance for professionals beyond the music and arts fields. Coaching can also cover sound design, music production, event production, funding applications, or holistic mentoring and sparring.

Amid the pursuit of success and accelerating digitalization, we also need responsibility and sustainability on a social level. This means cultivating presence, self-awareness, and interaction skills — as well as the capacity to stay with confusion and to improvise.
One of the most effective ways to learn and practice these capacities is through art.
My work demonstrates how art, as part of everyday life, organizations, and society, can strengthen presence, self-awareness, self-expression, focus, interaction, and, through them, trust.
I use simple, art-based methods — improvisation, embodiment, sensory awareness, expression, concentration, and interaction practices — together with artistic experiences to create shared meaning.
My background is in classical music, dance, and theatre. I hold degrees as a music educator, musician, and Master of Arts from Aalto University (Master’s Program in New Media, Sound in New Media). For over 15 years, I have worked across music, theatre, dance, and sound and media art as a violinist, musician, performer, composer, sound designer, teacher, and director (CV).
